Howdy! There are 4 different thicknesses in the suit - 4.5mm in the front torso and legs, except the croth pannelling which is 3.5mm, that same 3.5mm covers your back and the back of of your legs. The arms, shoulders and lats are also 2.5mm. 0.5mm is used in the velco cinch on the back of your neck. I've added an image to the product that illustrates this with more clarity.
